One-to-One Sessions

Each session is for up to 60 minutes.  We aim to finish within this hour, and extra time should be allowed for just in case. If you feel you need a longer session, we can book a double session of two hours. 

We also work over SKYPE for those clients who need or prefer this.  Telephone consultations can also be arranged in some cases.

Typically clients come anywhere from 2 - 10+ sessions. This varies depending on the unique situation of the client. We can better evaluate this together after the first session has taken place and we get clear about your outcomes. 

Depending on the situation, it's useful to keep weekly or fortnightly appointments at the beginning of your coaching work.  Professional supervision of other coaches is usually monthly, unless there is a need for more frequency, which can be arranged. 

If you are an organisation, please ask about packages.

Payment Policy

It is our policy to receive the payment per session a day prior to the session, or on the day of your session at the latest. 

For organisational clients you will be invoiced on a monthly basis and you will have 20 days to pay your invoice.  If you are buying a package, payment is expected in full by an agreed time.

International clients will be invoiced by Paypal.  Please make sure you have this capacity set up prior to our first session.

Cancellation policy

We recommend that you make appointments you can keep, as frequent rearranging or cancelling of sessions will hinder your overall momentum and progress. 

If you need to change the time of your appointment please let please let us know 24 hours in advance by calling +64 (0) 21 701 138. Please do not email.  If you do not give us 24 hours notice then a cancellation fee will be charged.  This will 100% of the session investment.  Any non-payment of fees are handed over to an independent debt-collection agency and any additional collection costs will also be charged to you.

Confidentiality & Privacy

We work within the Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct of the New Zealand Association of NLP (NZANLP), detailed copies of which are available from me upon request.  As these Codes state the matters you discuss with me will be kept strictly confidential, unless in the interests of client safety when an agreed 3rd party will be informed.  Also in abiding by these Codes I handle all personal information given to me in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993.

Terms & Conditions
